Tecsolum Group has a new entity in Spain
As for well-developed company Tecsolum Group has once again expanded with a new company located this time in Spain. Our new entity is Iberica de Cepillos de Limpieza Urbana S.L. from Sevilla. Iberica is already our 6th distribution company as Tecsolum Group is still looking for new opportunities to develop in order to fulfill our customer's needs. The result of ISO audit is positive!
It is the third year since Tecsolum holds ISO 9001:2008 certificate. ISO renewing audit took place on the 12th and 13th of May 2011 and we are glad to inform that it has been passed positively. The certificate confirms the accordance with ISO Quality Management System as the company still ameliorate the quality system to fully fulfill our customers' requirements.
As soon as we receive new certificate we will upload it on Tecsolum website.
Business Gazelle to Kastell!
We are pleased to inform that Kastell- one of our partner from the capital group- was awarded with the prestigious Business Gazelle. It is the ranking of the most dynamically developing small and medium enterprises organized by the ''Puls Biznesu'' daily. We can read that, ''one of the basic purpose of this programme is to promote the reliable payments and the enterprises that act in an honest and transparent way''. Statuette and certificate was handed to Mr. Zawadzki on behalf of Kastell company.

We would like to announce that TECSOLUM Group has increased by a new entity located in Lithuania - PRAMONINIAI ŠEPEČIAI, UAB. A distribution agreement has been signed and the company is guaranteed the exclusive sale of Tecsolum products. The Board is constituted by representatives from Lithuania, Italy and Poland. Quality has always been one of the company's most important aims. To make sure our products meet all the rigid requirements of our customers, we decided to hire more employees to the Quality Department. This way the controls have been significantly intensified and this results in less faults and more satisfied buyers.

SUPA - new product launched
New year means new challenges for TECSOLUM. In January we launched a new product, called SUPA ring. It is a mix ring brush, combining wire and PP. We hope it will attract our cusotmers' attention and make our offer yet more competitive.
Christmas is around the corner
It is only the beginning of December, yet TECSOLUM Team is already in the Christmas mood. The tree is decorated and presents are waiting underneath. This is also a good moment for us to wish YOU a merry Christmas and a happy New Year 2010!

Tecsolum Team is a group of people who enjoy spending time together: at work as well as off hours. On a clear and warm late summer night we had a chance to get to know each other better at a party organised by joint efforts of our employees. It ended late at night (or well into the morning) and we hope it wasn't the last one!
Summer break 2009
We would like to advise all of our customers and suppliers that in 2009 our yearly summer break will last from 10 to 21 of August. Our offices will be closed and the production suspended for these two weeks. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. Please, plan your orders accordingly.
Successfully coping with the crisis
We are glad to inform that the results we obtained in the first quarter of 2009 are in all respects positive. Despite the ubiquitous crisis, which started its reign over the world economy last year, we are still working with the same energy and among the same great employees. We managed to avoid any redundancies, which positively influences our staff's morale. We do not intend to slow down and we look forward to bright future!

Getting ready for the external audit
It has been a year since Tecsolum was granted the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certificate: a distinction only given to companies that demonstrate a total commitment to their quality service. In a month's time we are to be audited by an external certification body, which will hopefully prove the compliance of the processes that take place in our company with the requirements of the ISO norms. To prepare Tecsolum for the audit our employees are trying to reduce any potential discrepancies.
What helps us in these preparations is the fact that all of our office workers are qualified internal auditors. We are obliged to undertake a rigorous internal assessment in between the yearly external audits to ensure that all our working processes are fully adhered to and are able to show a monitorable improvement of service level. Thanks to the training organized in our premises last month, we are now able to organize frequent and effective audits.
More employees devoted to customer care
Tecsolum company is in the course of transforming and modernizing its sales department. There are now more employees willing and able to help our clients should they need any assistance or be in doubt. This is one of the steps towards creating an efficient customer care centre, which would not only answer any questions and look after our trading partners, but also play a major role in coordinating the work of all the other departments to serve our customers in the best possible way.
As the number of our clients is steadily growing, we need to make sure all of them will get necessary attention and help.
The enlargement of our factory successfully finished
During a Christmas meeting with all the workers of Tecsolum, we intended to sum up the previous year, focusing especially on the successful enlargement of our factory. As it had been planned, an additional warehouse has been built, along with new internal roads and squares.
Additonal stocking space and the improvement of our infastructure in general is necessary in relation with our new strategy. Winning new markets and increasing production and sales are the directions of development in which Tecsolum wants to move in the coming year.
Extention of our factory
At the beginning of September, we have started to extend our factory (preparatory works - see photo). As a first step we are planning to build an extra site for the transport maneuvers, special squares for the waste, internal roads, and an additional small warehouse. This development is related to our constant intensification of the sales efforts towards new markets in the countries of the European Union, as well as in the USA.
Working with ISO 9001:2000 standards
In the end of April this year we have obtained the certification in conformity with ISO 9001:2000's rule. The certificate contains design, production and sales of the brushes for the road sweepers. The document is valid until 2013-05-13 and its registration number is 1210033749TMS.
Company Christmas Event
Our first company event was held on Friday, 21 of December 2007, in "Tulipan” restaurant in Środa Śląska city. Before the Christmas dishes were served, the traditional breaking off and exchanging part of Christmas wafer had taken place, as well as wishing all the best to each others.

Implementation of ISO 9001 quality managment system
Our company is now in the final stage of preparation for the implementation of an integrated quality management system - ISO 9001:2000. This system will regulate all processes in the company, beginning with the contact with the customers, through preparation of the production, purchase of raw materials, management of the warehouse and invoicing. The final external audit and obtainment of the ISO certificate is planned for the end of April, this year.
Sponsoring of Sports Club "Polonia"
Our company has, since November 2007, become a permanent sponsor of the local soccer club "MKLS - Polonia Środa Śląska". The Club was founded in 1946. The stadium is situated in Środa Śląska at 1-May Street. Read more about Polonia club on: www.mlkspolonia.yoyo.pl.
